Chelsea supporters are confident they are in for a far stronger season in 2026\/27 than what came in the previous campaign.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Blues are looking to recover from a dismal 2025\/26 where they finished 10th, missing out on any form of European football in the process.<\/p>\n

Many believe this will actually be an advantage for Xabi Alonso<\/a>, with the new manager not having to deal with midweek games throughout the campaign like Manchester United enjoyed last season.<\/p>\n

When asking where fans believed we were going to finish in the table, the majority voted for either champions or 3rd-5th, which would see them return to the Champions League.<\/p>\n

One user said: \u201cI reckon Man City and Arsenal are on a different level, but third is easily achievable with some consistency.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another added: \u201cI\u2019ve gone 3-5, but I really think it could easily be second given how much has changed across the league.\u201d<\/p>\n

A third stated: \u201cOne game a week is a massive advantage. They could easily finish second. Anything below third should be unacceptable.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another claimed: \u201cAnywhere from 2nd-5th, but my gut says 4th-5th. Just think it\u2019s the first year of a new project. Think that would still be a positive.<\/p>\n

Finally, one user said: \u201cI\u2019ve got Arsenal winning the league and Chelsea 2nd. Liverpool are a mess, City have lost Pep, Rodri, Silva and Stones. Spurs are Spurs. Man U have Carrick.\u201d<\/p>\n
