The saying goes, you wait ages for a bus, and then two come along at once. Well, for Chelsea, it looks as if three buses are set to arrive, and they come in the form of three big piles of cash.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This week, Chelsea<\/a> finally confirmed a sixth player sale this summer. Omari Kellyman\u2019s \u00a35m move to Strasbourg<\/a> has taken the total income from player sales to around \u00a3160m, even if his sale is a big loss.<\/p>\n

Kellyman\u2019s departure is Chelsea\u2019s first player sale since Trevoh Chalobah joined Como. Marc Cucurella, Andrey Santos, Tyrique George and Jimmy-Jay Morgan have also been sold by Chelsea this summer.<\/p>\n

Of course, the Blues have cashed in on Alejandro Garnacho but must wait for his obligation to become active. Then, there was the compensation for Enzo Maresca<\/a>. But three more sales are now expected soon.<\/p>\n

Nicolas Jackson and Liam Delap set to earn Chelsea a huge \u00a3115m<\/h2>\n

It first emerged that Aston Villa are set to spend \u00a365m to form a reunion between Unai Emery and striker Nicolas Jackson<\/a>. It comes after Villa agreed a fee with Al Hilal for England striker Ollie Watkins.<\/p>\n

The Telegraph<\/a> reports that a \u00a365m fee will change hands, a brilliant deal for Chelsea given the Blues paid less than half to sign the Senegal star from Emery\u2019s old side, Villarreal. He cost just \u00a332m back in 2023.<\/p>\n

Then, it was widely reported and confirmed by Oliver Glasner that Nottingham Forest are doing a deal for Liam Delap.<\/a> It is believed Forest will pay a club record \u00a345m up front, plus \u00a35m more in add-ons.<\/p>\n

Enzo Fernandez exit could eclipse \u00a3120m as City prepare bid<\/h2>\n

While the sales of Delap and Jackson look set to go through, City have been preparing a bid for Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez<\/a>. Chelsea had set City a deadline earlier this month to make a \u00a3120m bid.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday night, it emerged that Fernandez had agreed a move to Man City and that Enzo Maresca\u2019s side were preparing a big offer to get the deal done. It is believed it could exceed his price tag.<\/p>\n

According to Gaston Edul<\/a>, Chelsea may now receive a bigger fee for Fernandez \u2013 between \u00a3130m and \u00a3140m for the World Cup winner. But how much will Chelsea have received if they sell for \u00a3120m?<\/p>\n

Chelsea\u2019s player sales after Delap, Jackson and Fernandez<\/h2>\n

Madrid paid \u00a351.8m for Cucurella, while Man United sent Chelsea \u00a350m for Santos. Everton have agreed to a \u00a324m deal for George; \u00a34m was received for Morgan, and \u00a330m came in for the exit of Chalobah.<\/p>\n

Then, another \u00a35m for Kellyman \u2013 a total of \u00a3164.8m. If Chelsea get \u00a3115m for Delap and Jackson and another \u00a3120m for Fernandez, it will see them rake in another \u00a3235m from the sales of three players.<\/p>\n

That would take their total from player sales to a whopping \u00a3399.8m. Given Chelsea have spent little over \u00a3350m on 11 new players this summer<\/a>, it seems BlueCo have done it again \u2013 profit has been secured.<\/p>\n

Anything more than the initial \u00a3120m price tag slapped on Fernandez\u2019s head, and Chelsea will surpass the \u00a3400m mark for player sales this summer. With more to go, there is a real chance they reach half a billion.<\/p>\n
