The Egypt forward is set for a medical ahead of completing an initial loan move with a \u00a360m obligation to buy him permanently.<\/p>\n

De Zerbi: Spurs will continue to spend<\/h3>\n

Speaking ahead of Tottenham facing Charlton in the second round of the Carabao Cup on Wednesday, live on Sky Sports<\/em>, De Zerbi said Spurs would continue to spend in the transfer market.<\/p>\n
