Chelsea\u2019s final checks into transfer target Lamine Camara will have left them even more positive about making a late offer to sign him this summer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Camara<\/a> has emerged as a late target for the Blues to come into the midfield this season, with there still being uncertainty over Enzo Fernandez\u2019s<\/a> future at Stamford Bridge.<\/p>\n

Enzo Fernandez saga continues to drag on<\/h2>\n

Enzo Maresca\u2019s<\/a> side are desperate to still bring the Argentine in, with talks expected between the two sides this weekend to bring the long-running episode to an end.<\/p>\n

Alonso will be keen to have no one ruining the positive atmosphere he has built around Stamford Bridge already, and Fernandez is threatening to do just that.<\/p>\n

The 2022 World Cup winner asked to be left out of the squad to face Luton Town in the League Cup this week, suggesting he is starting to get more forceful about getting his move away this week.<\/p>\n

It therefore feels likely Fernandez will not be involved again this weekend when the Blues host Brighton at Stamford Bridge.<\/p>\n
