On the pitch, Xabi Alonso has guided Chelsea to three wins from three. Off the pitch, Chelsea are set to inch closer to \u00a3300m in player sales as an attacking player jets in.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As things stand, Chelsea<\/a> have sold eight players this summer: Marc Cucurella, Andrey Santos, Liam Delap, Nicolas Jackson, Trevoh Chalobah, Tyrique George, Omari Kellyman and in-form Jimmy-Jay Morgan.<\/p>\n

That equates to roughly \u00a3280m as things stand, with Jackson topping the list at a whopping \u00a365m. Then, Cucurella, Delap and Santos have raked in about \u00a3150m combined. \u00a34m Morgan is on fire for West Brom.<\/p>\n

But plenty more sales are expected. The futures of Gaga Slonina, Tosin Adarabioyo and Enzo Fernandez remain unsorted, but for striker Marc Guiu<\/a>, his future is about to be sorted. He\u2019s now arrived in Germany.<\/p>\n

Marc Guiu arrives in Germany ahead of completing \u00a314.5m move<\/h2>\n

Guiu will have been desperate to leave Chelsea this summer. The striker managed just 630 minutes of football last season after he was recalled from Sunderland days after completing a move to Wearside.<\/p>\n

This summer, Guiu was not included on the tour of Australia and Asia, and he has not been given a squad number. It was clear that he was earmarked for a sale, with Napoli making the first move for Guiu<\/a>.<\/p>\n

However, Leipzig stole in this weekend and have agreed a \u00a314.5m deal with Chelsea including bonuses. On Sunday evening, German reporter Philipp Hinze<\/a> reported that Guiu has landed ahead of his move.<\/p>\n

\u201cMarc Guiu has now arrived in Leipzig. The \u20ac17m [\u00a314.5m] transfer (including realistic bonuses) is now being finalized. Medical + signing. Guiu signs until 2031,\u201d Sky Sports Germany reporter Hinze posted.<\/p>\n

Chelsea could take incoming sales up to \u00a3500m<\/h2>\n

Chelsea sources have indicated they expected to reach the \u00a3300m mark when it came to player sales this summer, and given the Blues have spent \u00a3400m on new signings \u2013 after Emi Martinez \u2013 it was required.<\/p>\n

But it could quite easily reach half a billion. If Enzo Fernandez leaves Chelsea for City, that takes player sales to a whopping \u00a3420m after Guiu. Pedro Neto and Malo Gusto continue to be linked with exits.<\/p>\n

If either one of those players departs, Chelsea could easily reach the \u00a3500m mark for player sales this summer. But given Gusto and Neto have both played key roles this season, they look likely to stay put.<\/p>\n

As things stand, Chelsea have raked in a huge amount, and with Guiu\u2019s exit, that fee is close to \u00a3300m. It is likely that Guiu\u2019s exit is announced in the next 24 hours, with Tuesday\u2019s 11pm deadline looming.<\/p>\n
