Chelsea have already seen a bid rejected for Lamine Camara on deadline day, as they continue their pursuit of the Monaco ace. Now, Monaco\u2019s asking price has been revealed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the last few days, Chelsea<\/a> were intent on signing Camara<\/a>, but talks cooled on Sunday. It saw Manu Kone look the more-likely signing<\/a> as Chelsea look to bring in a midfielder to replace Enzo Fernandez.<\/p>\n

Fernandez, for all intents and purposes, is waiting for Chelsea to sign a replacement before Man City can push through a deal for the Argentine. It is believed a deal will be a British record for the midfielder.<\/p>\n

Camara now looks most likely, despite links with Kone, Noah Sadiki, Morgan Gibbs-White and Lucas Bergvall. However, Chelsea\u2019s \u00a338.5m bid was rejected<\/a>, and they will have to increase their offer in talks.<\/p>\n

The 22-year-old was the subject of a \u00a343m bid from Palace earlier this summer, so a \u00a338.5m bid for the midfielder was always going to be turned down. Now, Miguel Delaney<\/a> has news on his price tag.<\/p>\n

As previously reported, Delaney says Monaco are holding out for \u20ac60m (\u00a351m). This was the fee reported when Palace saw their offer rejected for Camara. Still cheap compared to the fee coming in for Enzo.<\/p>\n

Filipe Luis is desperate to keep Camara at Monaco<\/a>, previously describing the Senegal international as \u201cone of the best midfielders in the world\u201d<\/a>. But Camara is said to be keen on joining Chelsea today.<\/p>\n

Monaco are seemingly open to his exit if the price is right, and Delaney continues that the Ligue 1 side are willing to compromise. They are ready to accept \u20ac50m [\u00a343m] with add-ons that take the fee higher.<\/p>\n

With seven hours left to go in the window, Chelsea need to get their skates on, or they will find that they are forced into selling Fernandez and won\u2019t have a replacement ready to bring in. Make or break, now.<\/p>\n
