Noni Madueke did not enjoy the highs and successes that many hoped for at Chelsea, however it is clear one person from his tenure at the club has left an impression on him.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Madueke\u2019s<\/a> decision to leave Stamford Bridge was vindicated when his Arsenal side were crowned Premier League champions last season.<\/p>\n

The winger was not afraid to send a number of digs the way of his former side<\/a> during their successes, after he received a cold reception upon making his return to Stamford Bridge.<\/p>\n

Noni Madueke has \u2018a lot to talk about\u2019 with Frank Lampard<\/h2>\n

Despite there clearly being no love lost there, Madueke has admitted he would still love to spend time with Frank Lampard<\/a>, who was in charge of the club during Madueke\u2019s early tenure in West London.<\/p>\n

When asked who he would invite to a dinner party, he said to Viaplay<\/a>: \u201cI\u2019d probably say Frank Lampard. He was my coach early on in my Premier League career. We\u2019d have a lot to talk about for sure.\u201d<\/p>\n

Madueke went on to work under both Mauricio Pochettino and Enzo Maresca<\/a>, however his relationship with the latter never reached this kind of level.<\/p>\n

The Italian infamously left Madueke out of the squad for a Boxing Day fixture against Fulham as a result of his conduct off the pitch.<\/p>\n

What Lampard has said about Madueke<\/h2>\n

Despite Lampard\u2019s second tenure in charge of the club being a largely negative time for the Blues, Madueke stood out for praise.<\/p>\n

Lampard said back in 2023<\/a>: \u201cI think Noni\u2019s a good example of an individual that in the first week of training was a clear talent but I wanted to see a bit more.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had that conversation with him and he showed me more and he\u2019s come into the games and showed me his personality as much as his talent, to come in, in a tough moment, take the ball and show glimpses of his talent.\u201d<\/p>\n

The England international struggled to break into the Chelsea side on a regular basis when the likes of Pedro Neto started to come into the club, and now the Blues are even happier with their attacking options with Morgan Rogers<\/a> joining them.<\/p>\n
