Chelsea are already looking at bolstering their defensive options in an upcoming transfer window, with their latest target being highly-rated by Erling Haaland.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Xabi Alonso will be well aware of the defensive frailties his side have shown in the early stages of the 2026\/27 season. They are without a Premier League clean sheet so far.<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cKhusanov has been performing amazingly. It wasn\u2019t easy for him to move to a new country without knowing the language \u2013 that\u2019s tough. The pressure, the fact that he\u2019s the first from Uzbekistan to play in the Premier League, and all that.\u201d<\/p>\n
