Willian has high hopes for one Chelsea star, believing that his quality is there for everyone to see.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chelsea<\/a> have some talented young players in their squad and could add some more in January. Bournemouth are reluctant to sell, but Chelsea are desperate to sign Alex Scott<\/a> from their Premier League rivals.<\/p>\n

While Estevao<\/a> has barely played this season, there is no doubt that he is one of the most talented players in Chelsea\u2019s squad. And his compatriot Willian<\/a> has backed him to become one of the best footballers in the Premier League one day.<\/p>\n

Speaking about Estevao on The Obi One Podcast<\/a>, Willian said: \u201cHe\u2019s top. In let\u2019s say two years\u2019 time, I don\u2019t know, but I think he will be one of the best players in the league. Because of his quality, if he can keep it up, you can see straight away his quality!\u201d<\/p>\n

In total, Estevao has played just 23 minutes in the Premier League this season. He is yet to make a start in the competition.<\/p>\n

Chelsea fans are hoping to see more of the 19-year-old after the international break. They failed to score last time out against Brentford, with Joao Pedro missing that game.<\/p>\n

Pedro could also miss the visit of Bournemouth<\/a>, which would be another reason to include Estevao in the team. But that remains difficult if Alonso persists with his 3-4-2-1 formation.<\/p>\n

Estevao can become one of the Premier League\u2019s elite<\/h2>\n

Estevao, without a doubt, has the potential to become one of the very best players in England one day. He has the skill set to become an elite winger.<\/p>\n

Estevao is direct, a terrific dribbler and capable finisher. He has not hit prolific form at Chelsea yet, but some of his finishes have been sensational.<\/p>\n

The Brazilian scored a great goal against Barcelona in the Champions League last season, while his strike against Chelsea in the Club World Cup was very Sergio Aguero-esque. He just needs to put all these things together and consistently.<\/p>\n
