Former Chelsea winger Tyrique George is set to line up against his former side for the first time this weekend when Everton host the Blues at the Hill Dickinson stadium.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After spending the second half of last season on loan with the Toffees, George<\/a> saw his move made permanent during the summer, and he has already made his mark with a stunning goal against Manchester United.<\/p>\n

Chelsea<\/a> fans are more than aware of the quality the youngster has after he established himself as a first team star through his time at the academy, in particular how well he strikes the ball in front of goal.<\/p>\n

Despite a strong start to the season, George has now been held back on the bench for the last two Premier League games, with Everton fans confused as to why there is a chance he may not start against his former side on Saturday.<\/p>\n

One user said: \u201cWe are going to get absolutely pumped by Chelsea next week. He\u2019s gonna keep Grealish in the starting 11 for \u201cball retention\u201d and winning fouls, isn\u2019t he? How about some directness and decent ball-striking (*George*).\u201d<\/p>\n

Another added: \u201cReally unsure why Tyrique George is suddenly finding himself out of the team after arguably being our best player this season so far. Is there something I am missing?\u201d<\/p>\n

A third stated: \u201cThere\u2019s no reason Johnson should be starting over George each week at all! Moyes doing Moyes things!\u201d<\/p>\n

Another claimed: \u201cGenuinely don\u2019t understand why Tyrique George has been dropped again? If it\u2019s because he\u2019s more natural off the left, didn\u2019t his goal against United come from when he was playing off the right.\u201d<\/p>\n

Finally, one user said: \u201cThe result of bringing back Grealish! Honestly don\u2019t see why a lot wanted him back\u2026. Slows attacks down doesn\u2019t actually drive and try and score or even shoot\u2026 George far better when it comes to being an attacking winger! We\u2019re missing his drive and flair badly!\u201d<\/p>\n

Xabi Alonso\u2019s<\/a> side are hoping the game at the weekend will allow them to pick up where they have left off since coming back to action after the international break.<\/p>\n

The run of three games without a win was put to bed with an emphatic 5-1 victory against Bournemouth, where their entire attacking trio contributed to the goals.<\/p>\n

With Cole Palmer, Morgan Rogers and Joao Pedro, as well as Estevao Willian in reserve, there won\u2019t be many Chelsea fans calling out for the return of George anytime soon, but he will certainly carry a threatening presence if he is named in the starting side on Saturday.<\/p>\n
