Trevoh Chalobah became the fifth Chelsea player to be sold permanently this summer when his move to Como was confirmed on Sunday. Now, a fellow centre-back could join him in departing.<\/strong><\/p>\n

More sales are required, though, and Tosin Adarabioyo<\/a> has emerged as the next possible candidate to leave the club permanently. Reports claim Benfica could sign Tosin, reuniting him with boss Marco Silva<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The news comes immediately after Tosin\u2019s poor display for Chelsea against JDT<\/a>. While he was front and centre when the two sides squared up, Tosin was poor defensively as the Malaysian outfit scored three.<\/p>\n

Despite that, Silva \u2013 who was linked with becoming Chelsea manager \u2013 wants to reunite with his former Fulham player at Benfica. Ironically, Tosin could end up in the Europa League, while Chelsea lack Europe.<\/p>\n

Amid the reports that Silva has made Tosin his priority target to replace Antonio Silva at Benfica, Chelsea fans responded on social media. The overwhelming majority are desperate to see Tosin sold this summer.<\/p>\n

Chelsea fans are hoping to see the back of Tosin, even if reports suggest Xabi Alonso wants to keep the former Man City defender for his leadership. One fan posted: \u201cHe\u2019s free! As in no charge, no add-ons.\u201d<\/p>\n

Obviously, Benfica would have to pay a fee with Tosin contracted to Chelsea until 2028. Another posted, \u201cthey should come get him ASAP\u201d, while another Chelsea supporter simply posted, \u201cplease be true\u201d.<\/p>\n

The reaction continued to flood in amid Benfica\u2019s interest. One fan posted, \u201ccome get him Benfica\u201d, while another said, \u201cplease send him to his former coach\u201d. Clearly, Chelsea fans would be behind Tosin\u2019s exit.<\/p>\n

How much should Chelsea charge for defender Tosin?<\/h2>\n

Chelsea signed Tosin two years ago from Fulham on a free transfer, as the Cottagers failed to tempt the defender into penning new terms. Something which Silva did this summer, allowing his deal to expire.<\/p>\n

    It means any fee received for Tosin will be a profit. Two years remain on his deal, and given we are now in the final month of the summer window, that fee might not be as big as it possibly could be for Tosin.<\/p>\n

    However, if Chelsea received a fee between \u00a310m and \u00a315m, then BlueCo should really consider it. He is not going to play next season \u2013 it depends on how highly Alonso rates his influence behind closed doors.<\/p>\n
