Chelsea fans are quite happy with how this transfer window has gone so far, and it could be about to get even better!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Blues<\/a> have already brought in Morgan Rogers and Maxence Lacroix to strengthen the team\u2019s starting XI.<\/p>\n

Danny Welbeck and Jordan Henderson have also been signed to add more experience and depth to the squad.<\/p>\n

Chelsea<\/a> could now sign another seasoned pro, but one who is ready to start each week under Xabi Alonso<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Fabian Ruiz would be one of Chelsea\u2019s best deals under Todd Boehly<\/h2>\n

With Enzo Fernandez\u2019s future still uncertain<\/a>, Chelsea may need to buy another midfielder before the transfer window closes, and it looks like they have Paris Saint-Germain\u2019s Fabian Ruiz on their radar.<\/p>\n

According to Si Phillips Talks Chelsea<\/a>, the Club World Cup<\/a> holders are doing their homework on a potential deal for the Spaniard, checking how much he could cost and what his wages would be.<\/p>\n

Ruiz would not be a like-for-like replacement for Fernandez, but he would still be a brilliant addition to this Chelsea squad<\/a>. In fact, the PSG star would be one of the best signings made at Chelsea since the club were taken over by Todd Boehly<\/a> and Behdad Eghbali<\/a>.<\/p>\n

With Ruiz, you know what you are going to get: a technical midfielder who is going to dominate possession.<\/p>\n

As per WhoScored<\/a>, Ruiz had a pass success rate of 92.6% in Ligue 1 last season. On average, he completed 60.6 passes per game.<\/p>\n

At 30 and with 50 Spain caps to his name, Ruiz is also going to bring more experience to Alonso\u2019s side. He ticks a lot of boxes for the two-time Champions League<\/a> winners.<\/p>\n

A lot could hinge on what happens with Fernandez. If the Argentine remains at Stamford Bridge<\/a>, there may not be a need to bring in Ruiz.<\/p>\n

However, if he is sold, the sporting directors need to be all over Ruiz, who could transform Chelsea\u2019s midfield.<\/p>\n
