Right now, the only area Chelsea should be thinking about strengthening is midfield. With Moises Caicedo injured and Enzo Fernandez no longer at the club, it has gone from being their biggest strength to their biggest weakness.

Failing to replace Fernandez was a real blunder, but hopefully Chelsea’s sporting directors can correct that mistake in January instead of wasting their time targeting players such as Schade, who are not going to improve the team.
