Geovany Quenda has barely played for Chelsea this season following his arrival from Sporting in the summer.

His only appearance so far has come against Fulham in the Premier League’s opening weekend.

Since then, Chelsea have had two games in the Carabao Cup, but the winger was still overlooked for those matches.

What a game! Where do you rank this new Chelsea attack as Cole Palmer and Morgan Rogers shine again?

However, Chelsea supporters do not need to be too worried about Quenda just yet. Sources close to the player have told football.london that the 19-year-old is still going through an adaptation period at Stamford Bridge, hence his lack of involvement thus far.

There is a belief among his camp that he will still have a big role to play under Xabi Alonso this season, though it is hard to imagine him breaking into Chelsea’s team right now.

In Cole Palmer, Morgan Rogers and Joao Pedro, Chelsea may have the best attack in the Premier League.

Palmer and Rogers were in superb form again on Wednesday night as they helped the Blues to come back from 2-0 down to beat Leeds United 6-3 in the Carabao Cup.

Quenda can also play at wing-back, but Chelsea also have some strong options there, including Pedro Neto.

Pedro Neto has embraced the defensive side of the wing-back role, expressing his disappointment over the number of goals Chelsea conceded against Daniel Farke’s side.
