Jamie Gittens has suffered yet another injury in his relatively short football career.

Jamie Gittens’ time at Chelsea has been a real test of patience since his big-money move from Borussia Dortmund. When he’s actually been on the pitch, he’s shown real flashes of quality across his Premier League and Champions League outings.

However, his debut season was constantly derailed by fitness issues, missing extended stretches with two separate hamstring injuries that knocked him completely out of rhythm.

Going into his second year at Stamford Bridge, he’s still working his way into a regular starting spot, mostly featuring as an impact option off the bench in the Carabao Cup.
