While Colwill did not play last Sunday and failed to complete Wednesday night’s game, Chelsea fans have nothing to worry about. After the Leeds win, Xabi Alonso hinted that Chelsea are trying to manage a tiny issue with Colwill, but they do not expect it to become an injury that will prevent him from playing.

When asked if the centre-back was taken off injured in his post-match press conference, Alonso told The Standard’s Dom Smith and other journalists: “No, no. It is just from little things that he’s having, but we don’t expect that it’s an injury.”
